William C. Hennessy, Jr. P.E. is the owner of the firm. Mr. Hennessy's experience encompasses the fields of environmental, mechanical, and civil engineering. This includes building design, environmental assessment and remediation, facility permitting, community development, mechanical/electrical/plumbing for buildings, grant applications, and municipal engineering and consulting.

Geographic Coverage.  Our offices are located near Albany, the Capital of New York State.  We have completed environmental and/or engineering projects throughout upstate New York, including Buffalo, Rochester, Ithaca, and Utica, as well as New Jersey, Vermont, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
